MODIFICATION POLICY
You may modify your reservation (including changing dates, room types, and/or number
of rooms) at no cost provided that the modifications are made before 14:00
– 3 days before check in date
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES
Early Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation before 14:00 – 3 days
before check in date, there will be no charges on your credit
card.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation between14:00 – 3 days
before check in date and 14:00 – check in date , there will be
no charges on your credit card.
No show: If you do not arrive or fail to arrive at the hotel by 18:00, your
credit card will be chargedthe daily rate.
OTHER POLICIES
Children Policy: 1 child(ren), no older than 12, may stay free of charge
when staying with their parents or guardian.
Confirmation Notice:Please print the confirmation page/email to present upon
check-in.
Rates: Rates are exclusive of 10% service charge, 12% VAT and .7% Local Tax.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are not applicable for conferences
and group bookings.
Extra bed charge: There is a charge of USD 30.00 for the use of an extra
bed
